The client took up an end-to-end solution for the institutions that help with a big part of the day-to-day work and end-user computing devices.

Starting from a single click in the portal for order submission, to stock preparation, delivery, deployment, and post-deployment support, were all covered by CTC Global. The user experience was improved in all aspects, with minimal to no hassle.

With the OPEX model, the client got better at managing their cash flow as the Technical Refresh for all leased items were carried out on an agreed timeline with CTC Global.
