Workflow Coordinator / Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform order and invoice processing

  • Assist in customer enquiries and provide customer support

  • Work with cross-functional teams involving Sales, Operations, and Finance

  • Make sure all the reports are prepared and accurate as per the agreed SLA

  • Ensure purchase order are processed to make sure the deployment are meet within deadlines

  • Make sure the data uploaded are accurate into system

  • Perform the batching of the assets to be Tech refreshed

  • Schedule and verify the site-survey completed by engineers

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant field of studies

  • 2 – 4 years of working experience in IT Sales/ Administration/ Operation Support

  • Must excel with Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected

  • Must be able to work multitask to meet deadlines

  • Must be detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
