General roles and responsibility required of this role:

  • Support issues reported by users and plan for fixes, ensure that the application is properly maintained

  • Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAMS implementation and make sure SLA requirements are met

  • Perform technical assessments of change requests and new features

  • Coordinate with vendors, support and technical team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades; making sure services are available and ensuring minimal disruption to the system

  • Demonstrate experience troubleshooting complex multi-tiered application architectures with disparate middleware technologies

  • Create and maintain documentation for Change Request, operational guides, installations, upgrades, etc

  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, passionate on problem solving and willingness in picking up new skillsets

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Mandatory minimum 2 years of experience and in depth knowledge in deployment, implementation and administration support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, on products such as:
    • IBM Security Access Manager, WebSEAL (ISAM)
    • IBM Identify Governance and Intelligence (IGI)
    • IBM Security Directory Integrator (SDI)
  • Hands on experience in on-boarding of applications, integration of IAM with various target applications using OOTB and custom adapters

  • Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-task, perform under pressure, and be a strong team player

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
