  • Provide desktop and server support.

  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports.

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

  • Replacing parts as required.

Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of Unix operating system (AIX, Solaris)
    • Able to create / modify shell script
  • Knowledge of Oracle and MySQL DB
    • Able to create / modify SQL script (PL/SQL)
  • Knowledge of 3 tier Web Application

  • Knowledge of browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
    • Able to configure, use tools in Browser.
  • Knowledge of Mobile application (iOS, Android)

  • Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concept

Candidate must have:

  • At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

  • Good attitude.

  • Preferably a guy who is willing to work hard and support after office hour / weekend.

  • Willing to learn new technology.

  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical support.

  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities and scripting.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent client-facing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • Ability to prioritize your workload.

  • Attention to detail.
