  • Handle customer calls and incident ticket for workstation, laptops, notebooks, peripherals and other computer-related devices

  • Provides day-to-day technical support to internal desktop systems, software & hardware

  • Create and manage user setup and PC updates

  • Works with help desk ticketing system to open, update and close tickets in a timely and complete manner

  • May be required to work on 24×7 rotating shifts on-site or Standby



  • Minimum of 2+ years technical experience performing desktop support in a Windows Environment, browsers included

  • Proficient in supporting Windows 7, 8 and 10 client environments

  • Proficient in SCCM, DHCP/DNS, major Anti-Virus or Endpoint protection, and have a working knowledge of Active Directory
