Business Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Sales order administration: control order confirmation with supporting documentation including booking orders in SAP
- Follow up with order processing based on business operation procedure
- Use SAP to prepare Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Billing etc
- Load orders through partner’s portal
- Maintain shared e-folder for business process documentation
- Perform ad-hoc assignment
- Backup team members
- Min GCE ‘O’ Level
- Working experience in order processing/administration
- Good communication skills and team player
- Excel skills
- Adaptable to changing business environment under transformation process
- Motivated and take initiatives in problem solving
