Responsibilities
  • Sales order administration: control order confirmation with supporting documentation including booking orders in SAP
  • Follow up with order processing based on business operation procedure
  • Use SAP to prepare Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Billing etc
  • Load orders through partner’s portal
  • Maintain shared e-folder for business process documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment
  • Backup team members
  Requirements
  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Working experience in order processing/administration
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Excel skills
  • Adaptable to changing business environment under transformation process
  • Motivated and take initiatives in problem solving
