3 Training Tracks to choose from:
IT Infrastructure
Graduate will acquire skills for implementing and supporting server systems, network infrastructure and virtual environments, as well as cyber security solutions depending on the pathway selected.
5 Pathways available:
Project Implementation (Systems, Network & Cybersecurity)
- Responsible for the implementation, installation of network and systems infrastructure
- Design and implement technical solutions relating to cybersecurity
- Assist the pre-sales team in building innovative solutions by building Proof of Concept environment within CTC Innovation Center
Project Implementation (Systems & Virtual Environment)
- Responsible for the implementation, design, installation, configuration, management of systems infrastructure and virtual environments
- Assist the pre-sales team in building innovative solutions by building Proof of Concept environment within CTC Innovation Center
Systems (Linux or Wintel)
- Responsible for the implementation, installation, testing, managing, and maintenance of servers and operating systems
- Provide operational and technical support to customers to ensure stability and optimisation of the systems
Database
- Perform installation and configuration of database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc
- Configure database settings to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up database parameters, storage structures, and user access
- Monitor database performance and perform maintenance to ensure optimal operation
- Maintain documentation of database configurations, procedures, policies, and troubleshooting steps and generate regular reports on database incidents, and maintenance activities
Application
Graduate will acquire skills in Software Development, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning depending on the pathway selected.
2 Pathways available:
Software & Application Development
- Engage in the full life cycle software development and project implementation works
- Involve in requirement gathering and analysis on project implementation solutions
- Perform web and mobile application development (i.e. Frontend/ Backend/ Integration)
- Create and maintain documentation of developed application, workflow diagrams, deployment steps, test cases and test results
DevOps, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Perform configuration, integration and deployment of DevOps tools
- Responsible for Application containerization, deployment & management of orchestration platform such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Assist the pre-sales team in building innovative solutions relating to Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence by building Proof of Concept environment within CTC Innovation Center
Cyber Security
Graduate will acquire skills for implementing, setting up, installation, configuration and integration of cyber security solutions, platforms and applications.
1 Pathway available:
Identity Access Management (IAM)
- Perform for installation, configuration and patching of IAM platform product
- Perform base setup, including designing and configuring IAM workflows, write custom rules and configuration
- Perform custom adapter development and application integration with IAM solution
- Responsible for technical support of IAM solution; troubleshooting, support and fix issues reported
- Create and maintain documentation of interface file specification, workflow diagrams, installation/patching & configuration steps, test cases and test results
